A tragic event strikes the Shabalala Empire, leaving one of the family members fighting for their lives. Mshengu, the head of the family, takes extreme measures to save his child from pain. In the face of this turmoil that shakes the family, Nqubeko offers comfort to Fakazile, becoming her support. Meanwhile, Ndumiso returns home after being bailed out but is disregarded by Mshengu.
Wednesday, October 25, 2023, Episode 3
In the midst of the tragedy, Fakazile takes a surprising action that deeply affects the Shabalalas. Nqubeko finds himself caught between two opposing factions. Additionally, an unexpected visitor, who has been estranged for several years, is on their way to the Shabalala household.
Thursday, October 26, 2023, Episode 4
Fakazile reluctantly succumbs to the burial demands of the Shabalala family, while secretly holding an advantage. Thoba prepares to challenge his mother’s authority and claim his position within the Mshengu family. The emotional toll of Khwezi’s final journey shatters his mother, MaMchunu.
Friday, October 27, 2023 – Episode 5
As Fakazile plans to sever ties with the Shabalalas, Mshengu employs an age-old cultural tradition to ensure her continued involvement in the family. Nqubeko gets ready for a pivotal moment as Mshengu calls for a family meeting and delivers an unexpected blow that leaves everyone shocked. Meanwhile, Koketso stands up for Sibusiso at work, setting things straight between them.
