2017-Present: Limpopo Champions League, What a Life
Sho Madjozi first appeared on television as a cast member of the Mzansi Magic drama Isithembiso. She played the role of Tsakane Mboweni, an individual who was personally involved in student politics in the inaugural season.
During the same period, Sho Madjozi released Dumi Hiphone, her debut single featuring PS DJz, which was positively received.
Thereafter, she appeared on DJ Maphorisa BlaqBoy Music Presents Gqom Wave (2017) while featuring on the track “Probleme.”
In June 2018, Trace Urban South Africa announced a partnership deal with Sho Madjozi, making her the face of their mobile, TRACE Mobile.
She, alongside singer Chris Martin, explained how the entry works for the Global Citizen Festival: Mandela 100, announcing a YouTube video that Global Citizen uploaded.

Sho Madjozi eventually released John Cena as a single on the 27th of September 2019. Two months later, she appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show to discuss the song. To her greatest surprise, the WWE star, John Cena, came out to welcome her.
Sho Madjozi won the Best Gqom Artist Award at the 4th ceremony of the Mzansi Kwaito and House Music Awards. In 2020, she got signed to US label Epic Records and released her first mixtape, What a Life.
